After placing a bet, you can check if a cashout is available for the event you placed the bet on. Therefore, select the "Bets" tab and klick on the open bet. Should you be able to do a cashout, an equivalent button will appear. Simply click on that button and the cashout will be requested immediately.

During some events, odds can change rapidly. As a result it can happen that you get a lower amount than what has been shown previously when hitting the 'Cashout' button.
